A lifelong resident of the San Francisco Bay Area, Tim has spent his professional career, first as a paralegal and then as a lawyer, specializing in representing people injured by defective products, or by the negligence and misconduct of others.
Since his California Bar Admission in 2001, Tim has fearlessly litigated against some of the largest corporations in the world on behalf of his clients in cases including asbestos, defective drugs and devices, SUV Rollovers, and various personal injury matters. Honored to stand up for the rights of individuals and families against these corporations, Tim has tried several cases to verdict, as well as resolved numerous other cases prior to trial.
Outside the court room, Tim has been recognized as a Northern California “Super Lawyer,” and named to the nationally recognized “Lawyers of Distinction” list. He has presented at continuing legal education conferences to lawyers and judges on a variety of subjects including asbestos bankruptcies to the use of expert declarations in litigation.
Tim’s professional involvement includes being a member of the State Bar of California, American Association of Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California and the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. He graduated from California State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and went on to earn his law degree from the University of California Hastings College of Law in 2001.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and exploring the outdoors with my wife and son. I also enjoy coaching and watching my son in recreational sports, such as soccer and little league baseball.
I am also very proud to serve as a board member on the Marin Valentine’s Ball, an organization raising awareness and support for charitable organizations to benefit children and families in need throughout the North Bay.
