As a manager of the day-to-day case logistics and someone who lives in the details, Gloria plays a key role in onboarding new clients and recording the facts of their case, is well-versed in reading and evaluating medical records and reports, and takes responsibility for preparing expert witnesses to testify to medical issues the client has suffered.
